FLYING IN STYLE …
I love travel . I hate flying .
So I have worked out how to fly in style ..
Apart from basic stretching , TWISTS have become my number one “keeping me vibrant ” companion
It’s well understood that plane food and sitting for long periods in a high carbon dioxide and low oxigen environment produce stagnation , compression and lethargy.
Taking regular 10 min breaks at least every 2 hours (when awake !! ) to move thru a series of basic exercises relieve my body of pain ! rejuvenate and energize me ! Ooo yeah …
The whole dairy and wheat thing is better to leave to feet on the ground as well – heavy digestion and lack of movement equals ~ boring !
