Acroyoga brings attention to the multi faceted nature of life itself.
It provides an opportunity to explore our relationship to life in a safe environment with a supportive community of people.
My relationship to life is not only playful, irreverent, stable, clearly directed, heart felt and super fun, it is also challenging, confusing, doubtful and frustrating.
In Acroyoga, i have learnt to mobilise the easier aspects of my relationship to life to assist in problem solving the more difficult, troubled aspects of my relationship to life.
For example – engaging determination where there is doubt … patience at times of confusion… playfulness when i am too serious.
Acroyoga has served as a platform from which to flip my world upside down, and see it from many different angles and points of view. Using the self assured voices to coach and reassure the less certain and often under developed aspects.
Utilising the inner dialogue to enhance the process of emotional regulation and internal forward planning, keeps my attention travelling in the direction of continued development and growth.
ant to go.
