Our individual constitution largely determines our tendency to live more in some parts of the body over others. In our practice, we are not trying to change our inherent nature, rather open up other pathways so our inherent patterns do not limit our growth or create imbalance.
Being able to move in different ways in our bodies allows us to move in different ways in the world, with greater skill, opening up spectrum of opportunities and enabling us to relate to others different from us, from a place of welcoming acceptance .
In our “Art of Communication with Acroyoga” retreat in Byron Bay April 29th – May 1st, Zoe will explore how diversifying our movement patterns in conjunction with our communication contributes to the creation of individual and global harmony
