Reprogramming the Brain : 6 easy steps

The brain is unable to differentiate between memory, thought and physical reality. The same chemicals fire thru the same pathways (neuro – nets) and have the same affect on us – regardless of whether we experience the situation from memory, thought or physical interaction.
Here, it becomes painstakingly obvious that our reality is actually completely within our control.
How you choose to remember or think about a situation affects your physical experience of it.
This is how we form our patterns of behaviour that become our identity.

7 Easy Steps ~

1. Believe it is within your power to change your life for the better.

2. Think of a situation where you would have enjoyed behaving differently and a different outcome.

3. Relive the memories from a different perspective ~ giving empathy to the situation and understanding the reason why you acted how you did.

4.Then choose to REPLAY the situation visualising how you would have liked it to go.

Most importantly experiencing your desired emotional response to the situation. ( Emotions influence all bodily functions)

5. In physical reality, catch your automatic responses to similar situation ~ interrupt the thought process and replace with your desired (practiced) response .

6.  Stay with the process – nerve cells that fire together, wire together – If you practice something over and over, you will hard wire yourself.

7. Remember you are learning a new skill. Rewiring your brain is a very noble and rewarding process that requires patience and persistence.  As long as you keep taking responsibility for your actions and your eye is focused on the goal, that is where you are heading.
