ACROLife PLAYSPACE

Plato stated “You can get to know a person better thru an hour of play than in a year of conversation”, this is because, thru play, we drop our inhibitions and connect on an equal playing field.
We establish trust and safety with each other early on and lay a foundation for strong and supportive relationships.

The ACROLife PlaySpace is a playground for big kids! and little kids.. an intergenerational learning environment designed to complement an ACROYoga Workshop program.
A place to integrate, consolidate and share acro skills and build relationships.

For those new to the practice, Acroyoga is a blend of three interconnecting practices:

acrobatics to train strength, endurance and alignment     I      yoga for flexibility of mind and body      I    therapeutic flying and thai massage to manage our recovery and integration

Jason Nemer and Jenny Sauer-Klein co-founded the practice of Acroyoga in 2003, which has since touched the lives of hundreds of thousands of people world-wide.

AcroYoga International supports AcroYoga as a practice that is available for everybody, age, and ability.

Thru play, we build healthy and vibrant individuals, relationships and communities.

Research shows that play is essential for our social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Play also cultivates our imagination, creativity and problem-solving abilities, helping us to see problems in a new light and come up with creative solutions.

This playground is free entry at events and offers opportunities to enjoy the acrobatic and therapeutic aspects of the practice, depending on your needs.

Zoe Braithwaite of ACROLife is the care taker of this playground, along with other facilitators
