2020 ACRO BLOCK DATES

22nd July.         – 23rd September  ( 10 week term )
16th October    – 16th December ( 10 week term)

NOTE Family Discounts available.

Children from 7 -12 years old are welcome to come accompanied by an adult.
Please message me personally to discuss fees.
All tuition money can be paid in cash on the day of class.
The total course amount should be paid in full by the first week of the 10 week block.
No Partner or previous acroyoga experience required.

ACROLIFE

ACROLife blends AY Fit and Acroyoga in a functional movement life skills program to develop a balance of strength and flexibility across mind and body.
A community-focused practice that not only uses acrobatics to grow personally but also to strengthen relationships, build communities and create positive change in the world thru creative and harmonious interactions with each other.

AY FIT

Functional movement training for all physical disciplines. Designed to increase power and agility as well as reduce the risk of injury.  Partner and group conditioning exercises in a circuit style format that train the actions and principles of AcroYoga.

ACROYOGA

Combines acrobatics with some of the principles of yoga to stimulate, develop and nourish your body, mind and life.  A blend of functional movement, bio mechanics, psychology and philosophy
You will be challenged while you have fun and make new friends.
