ACROYOGA adapts itself to so many events where people are coming together to celebrate.

This Workshop was a perfect way to break the ice with different groups of friends that did n’t know each other at Sophie’s 12th Birthday party on June 21st, 2014.
By the end of the workshop, everyone had made new friends and the party was a cohesive group of people sharing an experience and celebrating Sophie together. Since this workshop, Sophie has been a committed acroyoga student at regular weekly Wednesday classes on the Central Coast.

We are experienced and available to facilitate connecting people thru play and relaxation at Hen’s nights, Special birthdays and other private events.
