This Retreat has been a long time coming, since the last two ACROlife retreats in Byron Bay at Byron Yoga Centre and Songlines.
The time is ripe for coming together in community to learn, share and grow together. This extremely fun and creative time of skill acquisition, strengthening, and nurturing will bring more connection, passion, and purpose to all of our lives.

Matt Omo
is a leader of the sound healing movement in Australia with over 20 years of experience working with a variety of sound healing techniques, spiritual psychology, breathwork, shamanic and intuitive practices to bridge cultures and traditions from around the world and help empower people to live to their full potential.
It’s Matt’s passion to demystify the healing power of sound, making this wisdom accessible to the modern lifestyle through practical processes that are effective and impactful at reducing stress, relieving anxiety, building resilience and allowing for a more harmonious way of living.
Simon Borg-Olivier
MSc BAppSc (Physiotherapy) APAM c-IAYT, has been practicing traditional forms of posture, movement, breathing, and mental control for 50 years. He has been teaching for 38 years and has been a registered physiotherapist for 23 years. Simon works as a research scientist and a University lecturer. He has been regularly invited to teach about lifestyle, posture, movement, breathing, and meditation at conferences, festivals, and intensive teacher training courses internationally since 1990. He is also co-director of YogaSynergy, one of Australia’s oldest and most respected yoga schools, which has a style based on a deep understanding of modern medical science and traditional forms of exercise and therapy from all over the world. Simon has studied with great traditional masters from Tibet, Japan, India, and China. Along with his business partner and fellow physiotherapist, Bianca Machliss, Simon has co-authored many books and scientific articles including ‘Applied Anatomy and Physiology of Yoga’, which is the textbook for two courses they teach at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. Currently, Simon conducts intensive training courses in India, Bali, Europe, and Australia. He also teaches many online courses on the applications of posture, movement, and breathing for fitness, internal health, wellbeing, and longevity.

Sea Eagle Point is around the corner from the gorgeous seal rocks – there is free time to roam around the property, go for a walk/surf/ swim at the beach, lye in a hammock and read, enjoy the private jetty Myall lake.
We have the whole property to ourselves with single and double room accommodation across three residences on the property.

FOOD
The intention has been to keep the food nourishing, fresh and wholesome but also affordable. Buffet Lunch and Dinner will be provided on-site at our retreat space.
As breakfast needs often vary, participants will have full access to the accommodation space kitchen and fridges to bring and prepare their own.
Coffee and Teas will be provided.
Our Chef ~ GABRIELA SIBILA
We are very lucky to have the exquisite Brazilian cuisine of Gabriela Sibila as our nourishment for the retreat.
Gabi is a passionate chef with over 10 years of experience. She has worked in some of the best renowned Mediterranean restaurants in Brazil and Spain,
where she lived for few months before coming to Australia. Cooking directly from the heart to people’s souls, she believes that food is a way of healing.
