Nikki Webster dance school ACROLife program

The 5-week Acroyoga Program over May / June 2017 has been designed and facilitated by Zoe Braithwaite, to give the students an experience of a functional movement form, enhancing their embodiment of Acrobatic Body positions, ATB ~ Alignment, Tightness and Balance, and Multi-Directional Movements.
Using the support of each other to access body shapes we would not otherwise be able to do, has allowed the students to open up their range of movement, develop correct body patterns for future acrobatics as well as find their coaching voices with each other.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with the students and observe how quickly they have integrated the principles and progressed in the practice. They have all built a solid foundation of functionality across multi-directional movement planes and will continue to incrementally progress if they continue to apply themselves
